How can i update openssl to version 3.x.

The reason i ask is that one of my customers is a public Office and they do security checks on all webpages in their portfolio. 

Openssl is on a too low version. I currently have v 1.1.1

on enterprise linux don't upgrade openssl as this will break the system dependecies
